What you will do

• Manage retirement rollover cases from intake through application completion and account setup.
• Coordinate and track rollover documentation and requests to incumbent vendors.
• Monitor rollover pipelines, follow up on pending transfers, and resolve documentation errors.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and Exclusive Agents regarding rollover status.
• Ensure all activities comply with Reg BI, suitability, and internal guidelines.
• Track and report rollover activity, turnaround times, and completed cases.

Requirements

• Series 6 & 63 licenses required.
• Knowledge of retirement products, 403(b) plans, and rollovers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Series 7 license.
• Experience in financial services operations, retirement support, or client service.
• Sales retention experience.
