What you will do

• Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings using various technologies.
• Drive participant actions to improve retirement outcomes, including enrollment and deferral increases.
• Build relationships with key contacts, plan sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage meeting schedules, including travel booking, and complete reporting requirements.
• Provide feedback on communication strategies and attend client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years relevant financial services experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations (within timelines), FINRA fingerprinting
• Fluent in Spanish
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship
