What you will do

• Manage a Maintenance Organization unit including Service Tooling, Maintenance General Equipment, Service Test Engineering, and Special Equipment.
• Oversee the repair and rebuilding of all production equipment to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates, including creating training plans and conducting evaluations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for machinery and spare parts and maintain preventive maintenance plans via TPM checklists.
• Monitor department KPIs for machine downtime and implement emergency actions during major breakdowns.
• Maintain 5S/TPM housekeeping standards and ensure all safety regulations are strictly followed.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
• 3 to 5 years in a previous leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Electrical systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work the 66175A Shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday).
