What you will do

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on injection molding machines and peripheral equipment, including robots, chillers, and material systems.
• Execute hydraulic, servo, and heater calibrations to ensure equipment precision and production quality.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance work orders and adhere to 5S standards for a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve machine alarms, reduce part defects, and sustain running time.
• Document equipment improvements and participate in continuous process optimization to reduce scrap and cycle times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED plus Industrial Maintenance training from a technology center or trade school.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance specifically working with Injection Molding Machines and their peripherals.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical and motor control circuits, ladder logic, and schematic prints.
• Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems and mechanical math functions.
• Fluency in English for routine reporting and effective communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and availability to work 2nd shift with mandatory overtime.
