What you will do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems and metal stamping presses.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in robotic MIG welding cells and resistance spot welding systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC-based systems using laptops to interpret ladder logic and I/O faults.
• Maintain fabrication machinery including press brakes, laser cutters, and roll formers.
• Interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to identify and correct equipment faults.
• Document maintenance activities and manage work orders using CMMS tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in metal fabrication, automotive, or heavy manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with press brakes and laser cutting machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals.
• Proficiency with hand tools, multimeters, and diagnostic instruments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as production needs require.
