What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems in a team environment.
• Execute corrective maintenance and calibrations for factory operations.
• Utilize SAP Plant Maintenance (CMMS) to document planned, current, and future work activities.
• Adjust machinery and identify necessary parts using bills of materials, manuals, and mechanical assembly drawings.
• Maintain and troubleshoot switchgear, power distribution, PLCs, VFDs, motors, and various sensors.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety practices, including LOTO, PPE, and risk predictions.

Requirements

• Associate degree, maintenance-related certificate, or equivalent experience in Electrical Maintenance or Industrial Automation.
• 3 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician (or a 2-year technical degree and 1 year of experience).
• Must be based in the US; no sponsorship available for non-immigrant or immigrant visas.
• Advanced understanding of industrial electricity, motor basics, controls, and PLC-based controls (Allen Bradley/Siemens).
• Working knowledge of pipefitting, rigging, hydraulics, and pneumatic principles.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job and work overtime when required.
