What you will do

• Support mechanical aspects of capital projects, operations support, and infrastructure assessment projects at Thermomechanical Treatment Facilities.
• Perform field services, shutdown/maintenance outage inspections, and equipment condition assessments.
• Conduct plant performance testing, incident investigations, and technical troubleshooting using RCA/Problem Solving Methodologies.
• Support design engineering by reviewing P&IDs, creating technical drawings, and developing work scopes.
• Evaluate plant modification options and perform mechanical design calculations and concept layouts.
• Assist with vendor proposal requests, bid evaluation, construction inspections, and commissioning support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships or Co-Ops in Mechanical or Process engineering.
• Basic knowledge of how AI tools work in industrial environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
