What you will do

  • Design and launch high-velocity experiments, including A/B tests, pricing tests, and onboarding improvements.
  • Translate growth hypotheses into testable user experiences, paywalls, and landing pages.
  • Use product analytics tools like Amplitude and HotJar to inform design decisions and refine direction.
  • Collaborate with Growth Product Managers to optimize free-to-premium conversion and user activation rates.
  • Balance short-term optimization for key metrics with long-term product quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing consumer web or app experiences.
  • Experience working in a growth, optimization, or experimentation-heavy environment.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and experimentation trade-offs.
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools (Amplitude, HotJar, etc.).
  • Ability to articulate the business reasoning and "why" behind design decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing paywalls or subscription flows.
  • Experience with pricing or monetization experiments.
  • Experience in gamified or educational products.
