Salary: €200K – €280K + Equity

What you will do
- Lead projects focused on new product ideas and growth initiatives.
- Partner with UXR and Engineering teams to craft and execute AI products that secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead the development of user experiences for introducing new AI capabilities in offensive cybersecurity.
- Influence cross-functional partners to ship impactful and innovative features.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience creating user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes across multiple platforms.
- Strong portfolio highlighting multiple projects and direct individual contributions.
- Must be based in the US (EST preference) or EMEA.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Design, HCI, or Computer Science.
- Experience contributing to and utilizing design systems and frameworks.
- Ability to articulate design objectives and advocate for excellence to stakeholders.
- Prior knowledge of cybersecurity applications.
