What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX for core product features, including complex compliance workflows, onboarding, and dashboards.
• Define and evolve hirify.global's visual identity and design language across both product and brand.
• Work in tight feedback loops with engineers using React, Tailwind CSS, and Radix to ensure high visual polish.
• Conduct regular discovery calls, usability tests, and interviews to ground design decisions in user reality.
• Utilize product analytics and user behavior data to identify friction points and inform iterations.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system to ensure product consistency.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience at a B2B SaaS company with a strong design culture.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, research, and iteration, beyond polished UI.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and experience building lean, scalable design systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in technical conversations with engineers.
• Self-directed mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, async environment.
• Must be based in US or EU timezones.
