What you will do

• Own end-to-end design of the platform, including core workflows, dashboards, and AI-driven security interfaces
• Design complex, data-dense experiences that are clear, calm, and actionable for security teams
• Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistency, speed, and quality across web, dashboards, and tools
• Evolve visual identity and ensure alignment between brand, product, and communications
• Act as design authority, collaborating with CEO, product, engineering, and research teams
• Mentor future designers as the team grows

Requirements

• Strong experience as senior product designer or design lead, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technical products
• Proven ability to design complex systems and workflows
• Strong product thinking and understanding of how design drives clarity, trust, and adoption
• High attention to detail, strong visual judgment, and interaction design skills
• Ability to work independently in early-stage company and collaborate with engineering

• Experience with security, developer tools, data platforms, or AI products
