What you will do

• Process and validate monetary transactions and boarding operations for consumer, commercial, and complex loans.
• Analyze loan agreements, worksheets, and commitment reports to ensure accurate system boarding.
• Manage daily fund distributions and collections while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with Credit Administration to reflect credit deterioration and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Coordinate daily workflow and provide training to staff to resolve complex operational issues.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business or 5-6 years of experience in loan production (or an equivalent combination).
• Advanced knowledge of loan operations, bank policies, and loan system processing.
• Thorough understanding of federal and state lending guidelines, including TILA, RESPA, SCRA, FCRA, and UDAAP.
• Advanced understanding of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Ability to interpret complex loan documentation and perform advanced mathematical calculations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and 10-key by touch.
