What you will do

• Prepare and issue invoices for waste services based on customer contracts and pricing agreements.
• Verify that all supporting documentation, including manifests and weight tickets, is complete and accurate.
• Ensure billing documentation complies with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, DOT).
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions, adjustments, and credits for auditing purposes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and revenue reporting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting.
• Experience working with multiple ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to perform duties onsite in Tulsa, OK.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
