What you will do

• Act as subject matter expert and lead process design engineer for natural gas processing, focusing on amine units and sulfur recovery.
• Supervise and mentor 10+ junior engineers, managing their technical development and performance reviews.
• Lead the implementation of process solutions through all stages: feasibility, FEL, FEED, detailed design, and EPC project delivery.
• Develop complex engineering deliverables and provide recommendations for equipment and materials selection.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage design, quality, budget, and schedule challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field with 11+ years of related experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) in the United States or Canada.
• 5+ years of experience with SRU/Amine Unit design, operations, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Proficiency with process simulation packages such as PRO II, Promax, Protreat, or HYSYS.
• Must have US work authorization without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Active experience as a technical contributor in process hazard analysis and HAZOP safety standards.
