Salary: $280,000 - $325,000 USD

hirify.global is a medical technology company developing a point-of-care EEG platform to transform the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a best-in-class investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson to investors, analysts, and the broader financial community.
  • Craft and refine the equity story, translating MedTech and scientific concepts into credible messaging.
  • Produce high-impact content including investor presentations, earnings scripts, and shareholder letters.
  • Coordinate all investor-facing activities, including quarterly earnings calls and roadshows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations or Equity Research.
  • Commercial stage Medical Technology experience required (devices, diagnostics, or closely aligned healthcare).
  • Proven experience in a public company environment with strong knowledge of SEC and disclosure requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex, science-driven narratives to stakeholders.
  • Established relationships within the healthcare investment community.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
