What you will do
- Lead, manage, and hire a nationally distributed team of PEO Payroll Implementation Specialists through coaching and mentorship.
- Own the end-to-end customer implementation process for onboarding international customers to the Global Payroll platform.
- Develop and implement detailed standard operating procedures and government payroll compliance documentation.
- Create scalable operational processes to drive efficiency and meet business goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve customer escalations to maintain high retention rates and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Tax teams to ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end PEO Payroll experience across all US states.
- 5+ years of PEO Payroll Customer Implementation experience within a SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of team management or customer account management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of implementing customer payroll structures to ensure statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and working in a MacBook Pro environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Monday.com, Zendesk, Notion, Slack, Salesforce, or Worklio.
- Experience working in a or asynchronous environment.
