What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for technical accounting support for Las Vegas finance and Corporate Office.
• Conduct IFRS/US GAAP assessments, research policies, draft papers, and train teams on standards.
• Coordinate half-year/year-end reporting and statutory compliance for Americas, including external audits and filings.
• Lead balance sheet reviews, Blackline reconciliations, and compliance with standards/policies.
• Build partnerships across Group Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Drive financial reporting transformation, efficiency improvements, and adoption of AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• Active CPA with Bachelor’s in business, accounting, finance, or related.
• 10+ years in finance, preferably financial reporting and revenue recognition.
• Proven people leadership developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, handling multiple projects/deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting/financial software; ERP and TM1 experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication to influence all levels, diligent with accountability.
