What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers to design and deliver new features for the demo platform.
• Automate repetitive hirify.global configurations using APIs to optimize time for Solution Engineers.
• Align feature delivery with the official hirify.global release cycle to ensure day-zero product launches.
• Apply Agile and DevOps standards to build and maintain high-quality demo assets.
• Utilize generative AI and intelligent coding assistants to optimize internal workflows and productivity.
• Mentor other team members and contribute to technical developer documentation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development on the hirify.global platform.
• Experience with integrations across various hirify.global product clouds.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of DevOps lifecycles and Agile delivery processes.
• Must be located in Argentina (Buenos Aires) or Brazil (Sao Paulo).
