What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform APIs
• Refactor legacy implementations to boost performance, maintainability, and scalability
• Analyze system behavior, business flows, and legacy logic to identify technical debt
• Improve integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs for reliable data exchange
• Collaborate with architects, admins, developers, and stakeholders on solution design and code reviews
• Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers and support Sales/Marketing process evolution

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on with Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Experience in enterprise Salesforce environments, Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
• Work with legacy implementations, Salesforce data model, and platform architecture
• Designing/supporting integrations with REST/SOAP APIs in complex environments
• Spanish language proficiency
• English at professional working level
• Agile delivery models, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Integrating Salesforce with hospitality/booking systems
• Background in hospitality or travel industry
