What you will do

• Onboard customers on products and APIs, providing guidance on prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
• Develop state-of-the-art GenAI applications for consumer and industrial use cases.
• Deploy production use cases with significant business impact across various industries.
• Collaborate with researchers and product engineers on complex fine-tuning and LLM applications.
• Participate in pre-sales calls to provide technical guidance and explain Mistral technologies to stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to product and science teams to continuously improve model capabilities.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in AI or Data Science.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical individual contributor on AI-based products.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and implementing advanced RAG or agentic use cases.
• Strong technical coding skills in Python and experience with PyTorch.
• Proficiency with agent frameworks (e.g., Langchain) and vector databases.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source projects, specifically in the LLM space.
• Previous experience as a Customer Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager.
