What you will do

• Partner with business and IT teams to ensure secure design and deployment of emerging technologies, with a primary focus on AI systems.
• Develop threat models and control strategies fully integrated into the design, development, and operation of evolving technology platforms.
• Collaborate across the Cyber organization and with stakeholders to provide security guidance and mitigation requirements.
• Communicate the importance of key Cyber programs to obtain trust and buy-in from business and technology teams.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and continual improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience architecting secure products and maintaining secure postures throughout their lifecycle.
• Ability to design mitigations for threats in Network, Cloud, Web, and Application environments.
• Knowledge of ML and generative AI technologies, including common security concerns and mitigations.
• Proficiency in industry best practices, including OWASP Top 10 and CWE/SANS Top 25.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits like 401k and US-based location).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with threat analysis frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Familiarity with security control frameworks like NIST CSF, CIS Critical Security Controls, or Cloud Security Matrix.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure OpenAI services and models including GPT-4, Llama, and Midjourney.
• Understanding of data and privacy regulations such as PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Deep knowledge of common Cloud services and platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
