Member of Technical Staff - Security (AI Infrastructure): Own the security posture of open superintelligence infrastructure including hosted RL training platform, distributed GPU clusters, and liquid compute marketplace with an accent on preventive security, AI-native protections, and compliance. Focus on threat modeling multi-tenant systems, designing zero-trust architecture, securing RL training loops, building detection/response capabilities, and managing external pentests.

What you will do

• Own threat modeling and secure architecture across multi-tenant training infrastructure, sandboxed environments, APIs, and tooling
• Design zero-trust networking, identity/access control, and tenant isolation for distributed GPU clusters
• Develop AI-specific security for model weights, training data, RL loops, and attack vectors like prompt injection
• Manage penetration tests, internal red-teaming, and vulnerability remediation
• Build monitoring, alerting, runtime security, incident response playbooks, and audit logging
• Drive SOC 2 compliance and customer trust through documentation and GTM support

Requirements

• 5+ years in security engineering, infrastructure security, or offensive security at multi-tenant cloud/compute companies
• Deep experience with cloud security (GCP preferred), Kubernetes security, container runtime hardening
• Hands-on Python and Rust (or systems language) for reading/writing/auditing code
• Network security in distributed systems: service mesh, mTLS, segmentation
• Track record managing pentests and implementing findings
• Fundamentals in cryptography, IAM, secure SDLC
