Senior Security Engineer

What you will do

• Own vulnerability management end-to-end, testing and improving security of APIs, auth, and access control.
• Build tooling and automation to detect, prevent, and remediate security issues while promoting secure coding practices.
• Support compliance, certifications, and collaboration with external security researchers.
• Work closely with CTO and engineering team on broad security challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and based in the United States
• Strong hands-on experience in application, product, or infrastructure security across modern codebases.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and security testing practices like penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
• Solid understanding of authentication, access control, and cryptography.

Nice to have

• Experience in security for developer tools, infrastructure, or open source software.
• Contributions to security research, open-source projects, or security tooling.
• Familiarity with bug bounty programs or external security communities.
