Salary: $20.75 to $23.00 hourly

What you will do

• Run and set up production machines like rotary presses, Delta, Joracos, Sohn, roller presses according to specifications.
• Perform in-line inspections, read gauges, make minor adjustments, and provide QC test samples/first piece.
• Handle inventory control, material handling, and report quality or safety issues to supervisors.
• Fill out route slips, day sheets, and line clearance sheets.
• Maintain clean work environment and operate machines at peak efficiency.
• Follow all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English (Intermediate)
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred; suitable training required.
• Knowledge of product tolerances, machine capabilities, and units of measurement.
• Ability to read assembly documentation, blueprints, wire lists; use small hand tools (soldering irons, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; perform repetitive motions, standing/walking constantly, bending, stooping.
• Familiarity with general computer operation and following verbal/written instructions.
