What you will do

• Develop KPI reporting systems to monitor BU Reels performance and budget adherence.
• Map and simplify existing processes to improve reliability, speed, and overall efficiency.
• Act as a project manager for ongoing activities, maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines.
• Drive technological innovations related to SAP and Alesea products.
• Manage the 'Reel Hunter' process to minimize the number of empty reels remaining at customer sites.
• Create documentation and conduct training for process innovations and new tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Process Improvement, or Project Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Structured mindset with the ability to independently map and improve business processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Milan.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.
• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools in a professional context.
• Fluency in French.
• Proven success in delivering simplification projects.
