What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to gather information and resolve low-complexity issues.
• Manage workflow and maintain a follow-up system for outstanding underwriting items to ensure timely completion.
• Input and verify data accuracy in internal systems and ensure all necessary documentation is filed.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to research and complete transactions.
• Adhere to internal guidelines and compliance standards for all processed work.
• Assist in problem-solving activities and process improvements to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Must have US Work Authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• Willingness to work toward an insurance designation (AINS).
