Salary: $115,000–$165,000 (California) + incentives, bonus, commissions

What you will do
- Generate demand and build sales pipeline for security solutions, owning revenue and gross profit in defined territory.
- Lead full executive sales cycle from discovery to close, mapping problems to offers, shaping proposals, and negotiating deals.
- Build value/ROI business cases, success metrics, and adoption plans with services-led security architecture design.
- Guide customers on SecOps best practices, incident/threat management using SIEM/SOAR platforms.
- Facilitate C-level discussions, partner co-sell with Microsoft/Cisco/Palo Alto for workshops, incentives, POCs.
- Maintain pipeline discipline in Salesforce and evangelize security platforms across endpoint, network, cloud.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in solutions sales focused on security platforms, multi-vendor integrations, professional services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft security (Defender, Entra, Purview, XDR, Sentinel, Copilot), Cisco (Breach/Cloud/User Protection), Palo Alto suites.
- Awareness of Sophos, Crowdstrike, Fortinet, Zscaler, others; knowledge of emerging security products/protocols.
- Business acumen to translate objectives into security roadmaps connecting layers to outcomes.
- Team leadership/orchestration for virtual pursuit teams and partner co-selling.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within designated US sales district.
