What you will do

• Define products within Pentagon’s warfighting and procurement context, interfacing with force capability planners, wargaming experts, and requirements groups.
• Shape Pentagon thinking, roadmaps, and budget requests to create new EW Programs of Record.
• Conduct analysis of alternatives, trade studies, MOE/MOP analysis using modern modeling & simulation tools.
• Evangelize next-generation EW vision to Pentagon, labs, DARPA, and agencies.
• Support program formation from milestone A through FYDP/POM.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience with complex EW or RF sensing programs on acquisition side.
• Experience with force capability planning, modeling & simulation, wargaming (suppressor, brawler).
• Understanding of Pentagon budgeting, PPBE process, acquisition valley of death, PEOs, Defense RFPs.
• MS/PhD preferred in related field; currently possess US Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• Firm grasp of modern/legacy EW systems, enemy EW/radar/comm doctrine, autonomous systems.
• 5-10 years in analysis of alternatives, trade studies; exposure to factor space/Monte Carlo methods, gaming environments (Steam, Unreal).
• Ability to work extended hours/weekends for mission-critical deadlines.
