What you will do

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert providing technical knowledge for complex projects requiring innovative solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues and provide necessary workarounds and fixes.
• Provide technical guidance for software upgrades and oversee short-term upgrade project execution.
• Collaborate with developers to recreate product defects and scope resolutions for clients.
• Monitor production system applications and resolve high-impact issues for hosted clients.
• Maintain and document detailed client configurations and customizations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise software in support, development, QA, or similar technical roles.
• Intermediate proficiency with MSSQL and experience with relational databases including Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues at App Server, DB, OS, security, and auth layers.
• Knowledge of .NET or Java/J2EE applications and servers such as IIS, Tomcat, Weblogic, or WebSphere.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AppDynamics or similar application monitoring tools.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects.
