What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end execution of Sales-driven field events, including executive dinners, sporting suites, and VIP experiences.
  • Build and scale a virtual roundtable program for HR leaders as a primary demand generation motion.
  • Develop and document comprehensive execution playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability across all event types.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, prioritization, and quality oversight for junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Sales and the Director of Demand Generation to align event tactics with overall campaign priorities.
  • Track performance metrics and operational efficiency using Salesforce, HubSpot, and event platforms.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Proven track record of owning executive programs and scaling event roundtables from scratch.
  • Demonstrated ability to create repeatable program models and execution playbooks.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and event tools such as Goldcast.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
