TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS Fintech): Own the physical and digital face of hirify.global across Europe through end-to-end execution of ~50 annual events, webinars, and partner co-marketing activations with an accent on pipeline generation, demand generation, and ROI tracking. Focus on developing integrated marketing plans, navigating commercial partner relationships, and orchestrating stakeholder involvement to convert events into revenue.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end execution of ~50 annual events including trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars, and partner activations across Europe.
  • Drive pipeline generation by sourcing and accelerating deals through events with clear attribution tracking.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for demand generation, new logos, and pipeline targets.
  • Build and manage co-marketing programs with strategic partners, ensuring commercial value and brand control.
  • Manage field marketing budget, track ROI using HubSpot and data tools, and provide investment recommendations.
  • Orchestrate stakeholder rhythm with Sales and Customer Success for event investment and on-the-ground hosting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing, with 3+ years in Field Marketing or Event Management in B2B SaaS, preferably across European markets.
  • Experience in high-growth companies ($10m-$50m ARR) and running co-marketing programs commercially.
  • Comfortable with modern tech stack like HubSpot for data-informed decisions and ROI proof.
  • T-shaped profile with deep expertise in campaign/event execution and stakeholder management.
  • Resilient, high-energy owner mindset, thriving in live environments.
