What you will do

• Serve as Tier 1 support for People Operations inquiries, managing inbound cases via ServiceNow.
• Process high-volume HR transactions and support full-cycle onboarding activities.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity through audits and maintenance in Workday.
• Run and manipulate Excel reports to support analysis, compliance, and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes using automation and AI tools.
• Support coordination activities, including job postings and interview scheduling.

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a Shared Services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, with a strong preference for Workday.
• Experience with HR ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance service delivery.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
