What you will do

• Identify opportunities from marketing analytics, player behavior, community sentiment, and product roadmap to develop growth strategies and campaigns.
• Establish reporting frameworks to measure performance, optimize across lifecycle stages, and deliver gains in engagement and monetization.
• Handle leadership approvals, socialize campaigns across teams, and incorporate feedback for alignment.
• Brief and develop campaign creative and messaging with creative services and editorial teams.
• Ensure seamless execution of live services marketing across owned channels, paid media, and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance or paid growth marketing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, or business administration.
• Experience setting up and optimizing marketing funnels and moving large audiences through complex journeys.
• Track record of scaling revenue and delivering strategic marketing initiatives, ideally for live services.
• Strong analytical skills to digest data, identify trends, and support decisions.
• Strong creative vision aligning with brand guidelines; ability to present results to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming or entertainment services.
• Avid gamer with deep knowledge of GTA Online and Red Dead Online.
