Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Tenant Screening): Define and execute growth strategy for tenant screening product spanning search (organic & paid), web, email, social, and programmatic channels with an accent on AI-driven SEO, performance marketing, and B2C optimization. Focus on designing experiments, analyzing performance data, refining targeting, product positioning, and scaling user acquisition through cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Hybrid in hirify.global hubs: San Francisco CA, Denver CO, Nashville TN, Santiago Chile; expected 3 days/week in office. Relocation stipend available to hubs.

Salary: $158,000 - $186,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)

What you will do

  • Define growth and user acquisition strategy across search, web, email, social, and paid channels, overseeing execution with stakeholders.
  • Lead AI-driven SEO and B2B/B2BC content strategy using AI tools for content generation efficiencies.
  • Optimize B2C website performance through experimentation and collaboration with core marketing team.
  • Set direction for B2C paid campaigns on social, display, search, and video, partnering with teams or agencies.
  • Refine personas and value propositions with Product team for better resonance.
  • Run channel experiments, analyze data, refine targeting, and attribute results to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering on roadmap adaptations based on insights.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in digital marketing: SEO, performance, email, social, product marketing, ideally in high-growth B2C.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and workflows.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C marketing in high-growth tech.
  • Proven testing and scaling new channels with speed and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Google Analytics.
  • Collaborative self-starter with bias for action and ownership.
