What you will do

• Lead and scale ambassador and feedback programs, including surveys, testing cohorts, and focus groups to generate actionable insights.
• Act as the voice of the community in product discussions, embedding player insights into roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Define long-term community vision, identify high-impact opportunities, and build strategic frameworks for seasons.
• Partner on seasonal planning with community, product, and marketing teams for unified execution.
• Deliver executive-level strategy documents and presentations distilling complex data into recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, LiveOps, CRM, Marketing, and Community teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in community, DevRel, or product-facing roles, ideally in live-service games
• Experience building/managing community programs like ambassador initiatives or feedback loops
• Proven ability to translate player feedback into structured, data-informed insights
• Strategic thinking with experience shaping plans and frameworks
• Excellent written/verbal communication for executive materials
• Strong stakeholder management and autonomy in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

• Experience with survey tools, analytics platforms, or community tooling
• Familiarity with live-service games or player-driven environments
