What you will do

• Guide product philosophy, vision, and roadmap for Safety Experience, developing tools and age-appropriate features.
• Serve as authoritative voice on age-appropriate experiences, driving executive alignment and clear recommendations on tradeoffs.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, ML, Legal, Policy, and Trust & Safety Operations.
• Define and own key safety metrics including tool efficacy, detection accuracy, and false positive/negative rates.
• Align roadmap with broader hirify.global product goals, partnering with Engagement, Growth, and Nitro teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years product management experience or building and shipping software, driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines.
• Track record owning complex product area at consumer platform with executive buy-in on strategy.
• Deep expertise in Trust & Safety, teen safety, or related field.
• Strong communication with executives, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Design on user-facing features, Legal/Policy on regulatory requirements, and shipping ML-based products.
• Comfort with decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
