What you will do

• Own and support end-to-end people processes across the contractor lifecycle within defined frameworks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for 100+ contractors and managers in Latin America.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support contractor engagement and experience.
• Participate in performance review processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Guide managers on people-related topics and provide practical recommendations.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and offboarding, including documentation and compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR experience in a People Partner role.
• Hands-on experience supporting the full contractor lifecycle.
• Intermediate+ English level.
• Based in Latin America.
• Ability to work independently and own structured HR processes.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and a willingness to use AI tools for efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in the IT industry, including understanding of common IT roles and processes.
