What you will do

• Collect and validate balance sheet data from various business units.
• Monitor key risk and profitability indicators.
• Facilitate information flow between FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Risk, and Product teams.
• Manage the compilation and quality control of internal and ALCO reporting packages.
• Coordinate the implementation of strategic decisions made by the ALM committee.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT to automate financial reporting tools.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in Treasury, ALM, or specialized Finance roles.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including VBA and Power Query.
• Knowledge of CNBV and Banxico liquidity/capital requirements or Basel III frameworks.
• English: Professional fluency (C1) required for executive reporting and complex financial discussions.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico for office work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or specialized ALM software such as QRM, Ambit, or Kamakura.
