What you will do

• Deliver key features and improvements specifically for the customer tax lifecycle.
• Elicit requirements through PRDs, user flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog to ensure program priorities and technical integrity are maintained.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize customer experiences.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Commercial, Tax, Marketing, and Casino teams.
• Promote industry best practices and foster knowledge sharing within the internal PO community.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile delivery processes for software or web-based products.
• Proven ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops.
• Skill in defining and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of done processes.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience with user testing methods such as A/B testing.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Edinburgh.
