What you will do

• Own and evolve in-game economy across progression systems and gameplay loops for balance and sustainability
• Define and drive monetization strategy, including revenue systems, pricing, and player value exchange
• Lead Live Ops strategy with event cadence, segmentation, personalization, and offer design to maximize LTV
• Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for economy and monetization
• Analyze data insights from soft launch to improve product and systems
• Partner with design, engineering, analytics, and production teams to deliver aligned outcomes
• Write product specifications and drive stakeholder alignment using market trends

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management in F2P mobile games with live operations and revenue systems
• Proven track record on commercially successful live games with KPI ownership
• Deep expertise in economy design, monetization, and progression modeling
• Strong understanding of gameplay loops and economic impacts on retention
• Experience with A/B tests in soft launch or live environments
• Analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Looker; systems-thinking and cross-functional communication
