What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers to deliver outstanding results.
• Define product vision, ambitious targets, and detailed multi-quarter roadmaps for native iOS/Android iGaming apps.
• Align roadmaps with company strategy, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.
• Create detailed BRDs, PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with TPMs, designers, operations, and other product teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks via Legal/Compliance teams.
• Engage customers to translate needs into product requirements.

Requirements

• Over 5 years as Product Manager, ideally in iGaming (Casino, Sportsbook, Real-Money Gaming).
• More than 2 years managing product or cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience delivering native mobile apps at scale (iOS & Android).
• Strong expertise in product documentation (BRD, PRD, Epics, User stories).
• Experience with analytics tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, Mixpanel).
• Solid understanding of payment flows, KYC/AML, geolocation, compliance, regulated markets.
• Strong UX/UI knowledge of mobile app flows (registration, deposit, gameplay, cashier).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
