What you will do

• Maintain ownership of product planning, development, and lifecycle management, guiding cross-functional teams to execute against milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into epics, themes, features, and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Validate specifications, document new features, and communicate functionality to end users.
• Measure and analyze products for innovation opportunities, integrating metrics, usability studies, and market analysis into requirements.
• Experiment, iterate, and collaborate across sales, customer success, technical experts, and partners to position product offerings.
• Provide product leadership for global and regional stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives and supporting identity verification product growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (business or technical field a plus)
• Minimum 3+ years in Product Manager or related role
• Practical Agile experience in an organization for at least 5 years
• Strong technical skills to communicate with development teams
• Strong communication skills for presenting to external stakeholders
• Familiarity with product and software development tools, JIRA, PPT, DevOps
