What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data center and infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with account teams and pre-sales to formulate project plans and backlogs based on client priorities.
• Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management.
• Develop and execute project plans or agile boards, identify resources, and coordinate with sub-contractors.
• Manage risks, issues, progress, and act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Utilize tools like SalesForce, SmartSheet, and Jira; identify process improvements and sales opportunities.

Requirements

• IT infrastructure or data center experience required (compute, storage, networking)
• Experience with PM tools such as SmartSheet and Jira
• Applied knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, PMBOK best practices
• Financial and resource management experience with SalesForce preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and executive-level client interaction skills
• Ability to manage medium to high-risk projects independently
