What you will do

• Craft high-impact copy for all CRM channels to reduce friction and build customer trust.
• Maintain and apply the hirify.global Predicts brand voice consistently across all touchpoints.
• Translate promotions and key sporting or cultural moments into compelling customer narratives.
• Implement personalization strategies to ensure messages feel relevant and tailored.
• Analyze performance data and collaborate with the Experimentation team to refine messaging via A/B tests.
• Coordinate with CRM Ops and Go-To-Market teams to execute campaigns from brief to launch.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, CRM, or content marketing.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Avid sports fan with a strong pulse on current culture and trends.
• Proficiency in short-form, performance-driven copywriting.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation concepts.
