What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and AI applications, including predictive models and generative AI.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-powered business value.
• Lead the development of innovative approaches using LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps frameworks for model lifecycle management, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Drive integration of intelligent capabilities into user-facing product features.
• Mentor junior data scientists and define technical standards for model development and ethical AI implementation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with large datasets and scalable distributed computing.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent industry experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with RAG, knowledge graphs, or agent-based AI systems.
• Background in deploying AI features into customer-facing products.
• Experience with real-time analytics and streaming data platforms.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research.
