What you will do

• Develop and validate ML models for churn prevention, anomaly detection, and network performance forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into scalable, cloud-native analytics pipelines.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on massive broadband telemetry datasets.
• Design experiments to evaluate the business impact of analytics on subscriber experience and network health.
• Deploy models into production and maintain them using MLOps best practices.
• Communicate technical insights clearly to stakeholders through dashboards and presentations.

Requirements

• PhD in Data Science or Computer Science required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn) and SQL.
• Deep understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
• Experience analyzing large-scale time-series, telemetry, or network-level datasets.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

Nice to have

• Experience with broadband access technologies such as Fiber, PON, or DOCSIS.
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Background in MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.
