What you will do

• Prepare, review, and submit license applications, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to guide teams through licensing requirements and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies to facilitate approvals and maintain strong working relationships.
• Build and improve filing, tracking, and reporting systems to increase visibility and efficiency.
• Research evolving licensing requirements and provide clear guidance on regulatory changes.
• Contribute to cross-functional compliance initiatives as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in administration, compliance, legal, HR, customer service, or gaming.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn, interpret, and apply laws, rules, and regulatory guidance with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), Google Workspace, and Adobe tools.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Monday.com.
• Paralegal or customer-facing experience.
