What you will do

• Assist with compliance monitoring, testing, and quality control for regulatory matters using compliance systems.
• Respond to business queries and provide guidance on regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
• Conduct training on procedures and policies for staff.
• Support internal audits, risk assessments, and management reporting to stakeholders including CCO and Board.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Compliance Monitoring Plans (CMP) across regulated jurisdictions.
• Oversee outsourcing arrangements, review risk assessments and SLAs, and test regulatory systems.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assist with statutory reporting and policy amendments.

Requirements

• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; formal Compliance qualification (e.g., ACAMs or ACOI).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Regulatory Compliance.
• Knowledge of fund administration and financial services regulations in Ireland, Caribbean, USA.
• Technical proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
