What you will do

• Understand business processes to identify and embed appropriate compliance controls.
• Design new policies and modify existing ones to align with business activities.
• Perform assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls across business units.
• Collaborate with business owners on remediation plans to address risks and deficiencies.
• Continuously improve the risk management and control system through redesigns.
• Provide timely, business-oriented compliance recommendations as a focal point for business units.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of compliance experience.
• Qualified attorney (LL.B) or law degree (advantage).
• High professionalism, analytical mindset, detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and self-driven with ability to manage multiple matters.
• Ability to independently lead compliance efforts, projects, and methodologies.
• Experience in gaming industry or global hi-tech companies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural global environment.
• High level of English.
