What you will do

• Review and negotiate client amendments in service agreements, NDAs, and other documents
• Draft custom legal documents in English for business needs
• Maintain and update internal contract templates
• Conduct Due Diligence and KYC checks using tools like World-Check
• Provide legal support to Account Management and Business Development on contracts and strategies
• Research gambling laws and licensing for new markets
• Manage debt collection through demand letters and pre-trial processes

Requirements

• Higher education in Law, Compliance, or related field
• 2+ years relevant experience in iGaming companies
• English proficiency – at least B2+ level (written and spoken)
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to meet tight deadlines
